		<description>the court doesn&#039;t give you a time limit - you brought the action to the court, you can hold off on completing it. You just cancel the court date (if you have one) and just leave it pending. Or dismiss it all together, and hopefully, never start over. 

I know a couple that keeps their unsigned divorce papers on the refrigerator door to remind them how close they came to ending it.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;eh, you know who I am...lol</description>
